- Prepare mise en place and handle food preparation and presentation according to Tagomago Restaurant standards and supervisor instructions.
- Follow HACCP health and hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to energy‑ and material‑saving policies and recycle waste properly.
- Maintain good communication with the team and other departments.
- Prepare kitchen utensils for use.
- Gather and prepare ingredients for employee menu dishes according to the established weekly rota.
- Keep storage areas organized.
- Clean the kitchen and equipment.
- Handle waste generated.
