About the Role

We are looking for cofounders, changemakers, and passionate individuals in impact work to coach and mentor teams of students for their MAD Projects!

Pre‑pitch coaching will begin on 8th July (First day of the Summit called MAD IDEATE) and post‑pitching will continue on 30th September (Second day of the Summit called MAD ACTIVATE). If your teams were not the winning teams at MAD ACTIVATE, you can choose to continue mentoring/coaching the students for the next step actions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to go through a background check by the MAD team
• Must be involved in impact work (Cofounders, Leads, Project Managers)
• Have experience with youth work
• Be able to commit at least 2 Hours per Month to engage with the youths
• Be able to share feedback and updates to the MAD Team every month
• Be able to manage at least 20 students (3–5 groups) during the duration
