We offer a focused 30 minute resistance circuit designed to promote muscle strength, improve flexibility and bone density.
Our coaches play a crucial role in educating our members about resistance training and how to use our specialised circuit machines.
We work with members across a wide age spectrum and often help members who are recovering from various operations and illnesses.
We are seeking a mature lady coach in a self employed capacity, who is passionate about people, communication across all age groups and providing excellent personalised customer care.
You will also need to run our coach led classes we offer( except on a Saturday) Full training can be provided but again a background in class exercise would be extremely desirable.
