Keep a tracker to understand the needs and progress of each student in connection with meeting the objectives.
The teacher and coach decide the format of the tracker but all will use a google doc of some sort.
Co-teaching cycles will happen with each teacher once per trimester.
These can be 4-6 consecutive weeks.
or they can be more flexible depending on teacher and student needs.
Coach’s classroom acts as LAB when possible (teachers’ classrooms can become labs for each other though and coaches can facilitate this “lab time” and critical friends’ groups!)
Conduct informal observations of classes (non-evaluative).
