Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands‑on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.
Job Requirements
- Collecting, processing, verifying and reporting admin related-information to the vertical head.
- Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and entry of information into databases; typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
- Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
- Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up‑to‑date.
What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
