How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Join the Crew Planning team to help design efficient crew
pairings and support monthly PBS bid and award processes. You’ll work with real
operational data to improve schedule quality, optimize staffing, and enhance
reliability across the network.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Support crew pairing construction to improve productivity,cost, and quality of life
+ Assist with PBS bid package development (lines, reserves,coverage targets)
+ Analyze bid award results and identify opportunities toimprove outcomes
+ Build reports and dashboards to track coverage,productivity, and performance
+ Partner with Crew Scheduling and Operations to alignplanning with day‑of‑operation needs
