The Role
Reporting to: Head of Administration and the Deputy Heads Co-curricular The Co-curricular Trips Logistics Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative, logistic, and technical support to the Deputy Heads Co-curricular, the Director of Sport, the Finance department, and staff leading Educational Visits or residential sports fixtures.
Key Responsibilities
To support the Deputy Heads Co-curricular and, through them, trip leaders, in ensuring the smooth running of all Educational Visits
To support the Director of Sport and, through them, tournament leaders, in ensuring the smooth running of all residential sports fixtures
In each case, the role includes supporting staff leading the trips to help ensure safe, successful outcomes. This will include:
Liaison with trip leaders to identify requirements for travel, accommodation, meals, etc
Arranging transportation: getting quotes and booking internal/ external transport, including mini buses, c...
