CNC Sliding Head Programmer (Fanuc Controls) – Aston, Birmingham | £16.50-£18.00 per hour | Day Shift | Permanent

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:45pm; Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate sliding head CNC machines (Fanuc)
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications
• Manufacture precision components and carry out quality checks
• Monitor processes and report tooling requirements
• Maintain machine upkeep and a clean, safe workspace
• Follow and improve manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Proven CNC programming, setting & operating experience (sliding head preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
