The CNC Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating CNC and automated saw equipment to cut raw materials to precise specifications used in the manufacturing of heavy equipment such as grapple trucks, grapple loaders, and knuckle boom loaders. This position supports production by ensuring materials are cut accurately, efficiently, and according to engineering drawings and production schedules.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC band saws, cold saws, or automated cutting equipment to cut steel, tubing, plate, and structural materials.
+ Interpret and follow engineering drawings, job travelers, cut lists, and work orders.
+ Set up CNC saw machines including loading programs, adjusting feeds and speeds, and positioning materials.
+ Measure and verify cut parts using precision measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and gauges.
