Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned. * Sets up machine tooling to accurately trim parts in in a fast paced, deadline driven environment * Reads code, drawings and work instructions to set up and run machinery accordingly * Reads blueprint and/or job order for product specifications, including dimensions and tolerances * Designs and build fixtures to assist in trimming formed plastic parts * Performs part inspection and verification to ensure parts meet quality standards as required * Works with Quality team to correct non-conforming parts * Keeps machining area neat and orderly * Daily inspects equipment and performs scheduled maintenance as needed * Works with production team to identify process inefficiencies and suggest process improvements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Minimum 2+ years machine operation required (preferably 5-axis routers) * Ability to read and write G and M code * Experience using various...
