About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in both robotic machining and CNC router operations. The candidate will create and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high precision for marine and composite manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop CNC programs for robot machining and CNC router machines using CAM software.
- Generate toolpaths, simulate machining processes, and troubleshoot errors before production.
- Operate and support multi-axis CNC machines and robotic arms (e.g., KUKA or ABB).
- Optimize programs for cycle time, material usage, and machining quality.
- Perform machine setup, including tooling selection, fixture setup, and calibration.
