About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands‑on experience in both robotic machining and CNC router operations. The candidate will create and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high precision for marine and composite manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities - Develop CNC programs for robot machining and CNC router machines using CAM software.
- Generate toolpaths, simulate machining processes, and troubleshoot errors before production.
- Operate and support multi‑axis CNC machines and robotic arms (e.g., KUKA or ABB).
- Optimize programs for cycle time, material usage, and machining quality.
- Perform machine setup, including tooling selection, fixture setup, and calibration.
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
