**Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator – 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift**

**Job Description**

This role operates CNC lathes in a small job-shop environment, producing high-precision components for a growing portfolio of long-term contracts. You will set up, run, and inspect parts on CNC lathe equipment, using blueprints and precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints and job specifications.
+ Work with CNC lathe equipment, ideally including Okuma, Miyano, or Brothers machines, to complete production runs efficiently and accurately.
+ Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements and sequence of operations.
+ Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform in-process and final inspections of parts.
