Operates CNC machines and perform secondary operations within department.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate single and multiple CNC turning lathes; currently training on large CNC turning lathes.

+ Pull auto programs and run first piece; training to make offset adjustments.

+ Set up and operate milling, scarfing, butt, and notching processes.

+ Deburr completed parts manually and cut simple springs.

+ Read and interpret blueprints (FO) and assemble springs or O-rings.

+ Form springs and perform basic measurements using calipers.
