Small family production machine shop looking for CNC Mill skilled setup machinist/operator.
4 DAY WORK WEEK - NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS! PTO, $30 per hour/40 hours a week.Duties:
- Follow setup instructions to begin production on new orders.
- Run first articles and make necessary changes to offsets or G-code.
- Interpret simple dimensions from Blueprints and perform in process inspection.
- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and load programs.
- Record inspection data.
- Replacement of worn or damaged tools (inserts, end mills, drills, etc).
- Preparing tools and tool holders for new operation.
