**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on setting up and operating multi-axis CNC mills to produce small, high-precision components with short cycle times for aerospace applications. You will work with a variety of metals, hold tight tolerances down to one thousandth of an inch, and contribute directly to the production of structural components and assemblies used in commercial, corporate, and military aircraft.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate multi-axis CNC milling machines to produce small parts with short cycle times while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
+ Perform machine setups, including tooling selection, fixture installation, and program loading for production and long-run machining jobs.
+ Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances.
