We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist for our machine shop located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role involves working primarily with mill machines and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Communicate effectively with leadsman and machinists before starting work.
+ Ensure safety and provide guidance for all employees.
+ Report any issues to the Operations Manager promptly.
+ Implement innovative solutions to reduce waste in machining processes.
+ Adhere to QMS procedures and work instructions.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience.
+ Proficient in using hand tools such as wrenches.
+ Ability to read blueprints and comprehend GD & T.
+ Experience in measuring parts and using measuring tools.
+ Understanding of G-code and tool wear conditions.
