**CNC Machinist $18-28/hr**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on CNC machining in a small, tight-knit machine shop that produces a variety of components. You will operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a production environment, performing offsets, tooling changes, and running ongoing work with minimal supervision. This position does not require programming experience but does require solid hands-on CNC skills and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment to manufacture various components according to specifications.
+ Set up CNC machines, including installing and adjusting tooling, fixtures, and workholding as required.
+ Perform machine offsets and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
