**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up, operating, and programming a Mazak QUICK TURN 350 MSY lathe with live tooling and multi-spindle capability. You will work hands-on across both CNC and manual equipment, machining a variety of materials while continuously improving processes and optimizing machining performance using a scientific, data-driven approach.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, and conversationally program (Mazatrol) a Mazak QUICK TURN 350 MSY lathe.
+ Utilize live tooling and multi-spindle functions to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately.
+ Perform machining on mild steel, stainless steel, and exotic materials including Inconel, copper, and nickel alloys.
+ Use CNC equipment to repair welded components with imperfections, making fast adjustments and optimizing cycles using Mazatrol.
