**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our machining department. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines to produce a variety of components. This position requires hands-on involvement in machine setup, tooling adjustments, light programming edits, and quality inspections. You will work on shorter production runs, managing a mix of plastic and metal components, while ensuring the highest quality and efficiency standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC Mills (HAAS VF4), CNC Lathes (Okuma, ProtoTRAK), and Manual Bridgeport machines.
+ Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjust machine feeds, speeds, and tooling.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
+ Conduct light program edits and understand G & M code.
+ Support machine setup and prove-outs.
+ Run short production batches with frequent changeovers.
