We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing business within the fastener industry on a permanent back shift basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong CNC machining experience who can work independently and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set and operate CNC machinery

* Operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls

* Work from customer drawings and specifications

* Produce components to tight tolerances

* Inspect and check own work to ensure quality standards are met

* Prove out programs at the machine

* Report tooling requirements to the Supervisor

* Maintain a clean and organised work area
