**Job Title: CNC and Manual Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role sets up and operates both manual and CNC machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders, to machine plastic and metal workpieces to precise specifications. The machinist works to exacting tolerances, determines appropriate speeds and feeds, interprets blueprints, and may perform final inspection on finished products to ensure exceptional quality.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills to machine plastic and metal components to specified dimensions and tolerances.
+ Set up and operate manual lathes and manual milling machines for production and custom workpieces.
+ Operate additional shop equipment such as drill presses, surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, and other machine tools as needed.
