**Job Description**

The 3rd Shift CNC Machinist sets up, operates, and maintains CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers to produce precision components for hydraulic and power systems. This role requires strong blueprint and GD&T interpretation skills, careful use of precision measuring tools, and consistent focus on quality and throughput in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and machining centers, to produce precision components.
+ Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and GD&T to ensure accurate part production.
+ Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program adjustments directly at the machine.
+ Monitor machine operations to maintain product quality, cycle times, and production throughput.
