**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills in an aerospace manufacturing environment, producing both low-volume and higher-volume aluminum parts with precision and efficiency across multiple shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Haas, Gantry, and Mori-Seiki machines, to produce aluminum components.
+ Set up and operate CNC mills to machine aluminum parts according to specifications.
+ Produce both one-off and two-off prototype parts as well as runs of up to 100 parts in a single shift while maintaining quality and consistency.
+ Interpret and apply G and M codes to program, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC machining operations as needed.
+ Use computer skills, including Microsoft software and Haas mill interfaces, to manage programs, adjust settings, and document work.
