Flexible Work, Better Balance
CNC Machinist
Demonstrated ability to efficiently run complex machining work from setup through completion using established programs and documented processes. This includes interpreting prints/travelers; selecting appropriate tooling and workholding; setting up CNC mills (3,4,5 axis), CNC lathes (live tooling) for optimal performance; verifying all critical features; and producing a first-article part that meets all specifications. Once validated, the machinist will execute repeat production with consistency, provide feedback to improve the process, and support teammates to ensure stable, predictable results.
