**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **CNC Machinist** to join our day shift team. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machinery to produce precision metal and nonmetal components.

You will work closely with supervisors, engineers, and production staff to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and adherence to specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC machining centers (Mazak, Haas preferred)
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
+ Ensure all parts meet quality and dimensional standards
+ Adjust speeds, feeds, and machining parameters for optimal performance
+ Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials
+ Optimize programs and machining processes for efficiency
+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
