JOB TITLE: CNC Machine Operator

Mobile Temporary Services is assisting an industrial manufacturer to hire CNC Machine Operators.

LOCATION: 249 & 1960

PAY: $15/hr. - $20/hr. ENTRY LEVEL 1 - 3 Years Experience (DOE)

SCHEDULE: 1st and 2nd shifts available (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Run basic programs.

Report on correct production quantity as needed.

Utilize basic part inspection equipment.

Accurately place part identification on finished goods.

Detect and report machine malfunctions.

Detect and identify out-of-tolerance production.

Execute required tool offsets in tool list to maintain required tolerance.

Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify maintenance.

Record downtime in electronic system.

Maintain weekly NCR levels and rejection rate below 3% of work order.

Maintain a scrap rate below 4%
