**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled **CNC Machine Operator** to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and/or mills. This role involves reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring parts are machined to specification.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and/or mills
+ Read blueprints and job orders to determine specifications, tolerances, and tooling instructions
+ Secure tools and workpieces, set machine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut
+ Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
+ Monitor machining operations and verify part quality
+ Perform assembly-type tasks using hand or power tools as needed
+ Package, label, and prepare finished products
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
+ Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
+ Rotate through different work cells as assigned
