Position Overview
The CNC Machine Operator proficiently operates a manual lathe & mill, CNC mill, laser welder, end mill, and drill press. Has knowledge of G and M codes. Has strong problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail. CNC Machine Operator will have knowledge and experience with a wide variety of hand tools.
Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines by loading the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials. Ensure the machine is properly calibrated and aligned for precise operation. Material Handling: Load and secure raw materials onto the machine's worktable, ensuring proper positioning and alignment for accurate machining. Machining Operations: Operate CNC machines to perform milling, turning, drilling, or other machining processes, following the programmed instructions.
