**Job Description:**

Job Summary: The CNC Grind Operator – (ANCA Grinder) is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of ANCA CNC grinding machines used in the production of precision cutting tools and components. This role ensures parts are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and inspection requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operate Anca CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision tools according to job travelers, product drawings, and specifications.
+ Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Work (SW) to produce a unique and patent protected dental drill while maintaining machines at maximum production levels and adhering to safety standards.
+ Perform machine setups, basic offsets, wheel pack changes, and steady rest adjustments as required per SOP.
