**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

We value our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants and want to ensure they practice at the top of their license to better optimize their skills and experience. **5th Floor Med/Surg Unit Description:**

The 5th Floor Medical Surgical department at St. Anthony Hospital, an achieved Magnet® hospital, is a 36-bed medical surgical unit specializing in neuro, trauma, and ortho. Our department is the main service line for our patients that need the care that a Level 1 Trauma Center Provides. Patients are from all age groups (usually 16 years and above) with occasional overflow of general med/surg patients.
