**Requirements:**

+ **Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant**
+ Ability to build rapport with patients
+ Compassionate and caring demeanor
+ Familiarity with medical terminology
+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
+ Must have up to date credentials in the state of **MS**
+ INCLUDES ACTIVE RN/LPN/CNA LICENSE, BACKGROUND CHECK WITHIN 2 YEARS (FELONY CONVICTIONS PROHIBIT EMPLOYMENT), OIG EXCLUSION SEARCH, TB TESTING UP TO DATE (WITHIN 12 MONTHS), UP TO DATE CPR CERTIFICATION, DRIVER'S LICENSE/SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, COVID VACCINATION RECORD (NOT MANDAROTY, BUT ENCOURAGED).
