We are seeking both experienced and entry-level CMT professionals, Special Inspectors, and Geotechnical Inspectors for various projects in the Raleigh-Durham area. Opportunities exist for Tech II and Tech III levels, as well as for individuals new to the field who are interested in pursuing a career in this profession.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct testing, analysis, and quality control of materials.

+ Perform grain size analysis, Atterberg Limit testing, moisture-density testing, ASTM and NCDOT Hydrometers, and laboratory resistivity testing for soils.

+ Conduct aggregate grain size analysis, specific gravity of fine and coarse aggregates, and dry rodded unit weight tests.

+ Carry out compressive and flexural strength testing of concrete cylinders, beams, and cubes, and produce laboratory trial batches for Portland Cement Concrete.
