Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate reservation activities for multiple properties within the cluster
- Supervise and train reservation team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyze booking trends and occupancy data to optimize revenue management strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue management teams to develop and implement effective pricing and promotional strategies
- Handle complex reservation inquiries, special requests and VIP bookings
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations across all channels
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service within the reservation department
- Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
