Cluster Meeting & Events Executive

A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Reading & Henley.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound inquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison Reading and Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames. Assisting the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue, and optimizing client relationships across the two hotels.

Qualifications

This role requires an organized self‑starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience in a similar property is beneficial; a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
