As Cluster Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations at the various sites in West Brabant. You are accountable for the optimal performance of all departments, ongoing quality improvement initiatives, retention and morale, customer satisfaction, and KPI delivery.
You maintain and analyze key metrics of the distribution and fulfillment center; enhance departmental performance indicators by using and interpreting continuous improvement tools.You assist in preparing the annual cluster budget based on business forecasts and leadership direction; achieve optimal performance and cost levels to meet the annual budget plan.You ensure consistent application and enforcement of approved company policies, procedures, practices, and methods, in line with corporate and governmental regulations and policies.You communicate with customers, including addressing concerns and business development; MBRs...
