Mission

The Cluster HR Manager will be responsible for Hyatt Regency Lisbon and Sheraton Cascais Resort providing a consistent, comprehensive, and cooperative services by overseeing the HR strategic planning for staffing, ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the company ́s goals and objectives.

This person will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture, managing employee relations, and supporting the talent development initiatives.

The Cluster HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
