As the Senior Manager- Sales & Business Development, your responsibilities would be: Planning and implementing distribution strategies through existing and new relationships within the assigned region. Supporting company distribution initiatives and strengthening ties with key partners like MNC banks (SCB, Citi, Kotak Wealth, etc.). Driving market share and visibility through new distributor empanelment and joint calls with RMs in competitive markets. Liaising with the Investment team for ideas and concalls, while channelizing market intelligence back to the product team.
