Job Summary

As the Cluster General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Singapore Living Sector team to deliver the Group’s vision and strategic objectives for the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the Head of Living Sector, you will spearhead the pre‑opening phases of the Living Sector’s projects in Singapore, ensuring successful market entry and operational readiness. Post pre‑opening, you will assume full leadership of the operations, with end‑to‑end responsibility for the Singapore portfolio, including full P&L ownership. You will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and team development to ensure sustainable growth and long‑term value creation in the market.
