The Job:

As Cluster GM you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day remit which will include all Financial budgets, GPs, and Payroll inline with all agreed business forecasting as part of your remit you will be expected to work in collaboration with all nominated suppliers on brand and Product offerings,( promotions, working in line with your suppliers to make sure all staff are training and support with the very best industry brand knowledge and experience ensuring as a business all of your team are able to assist and serve of customers both establish, new and casual customers with great product and venue experience and one that they would like to revisit
