Lead and inspire our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams of Novotel and ibis Styles Manila Araneta City to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
Drive revenue growth through strategic management of restaurants, bars, banquets and other outlets
Ensure high standards of quality, safety and hygiene across all Food and Beverage & Culinary operations
Collaborate with the culinary teams to create innovative menus and promote culinary excellence
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to optimize profitability
Foster a positive, motivated and guest focused work environment
Qualifications
Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred
With at least 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury or upscale hotels
