Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek and the Accor Gold District Cluster. This role requires an understanding of complex multiple positioning strategies, multiple brands and Heritage (Radisson) and Gold Souk (Accor) destination selling. This is a collaborative leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and business development across a portfolio of internationally branded hotels. The successful candidate will lead a high‑performing Sales and Meetings & Events team while working closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, e‑Commerce, and Hotel Operations to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
