Job Description
- Act as the visible leader during service in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Oversee the shift and allocate duties to team members when leadership is not present.
- Represent the Food & Beverage outlet in operational meetings when required.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed and all documentation is accurately recorded.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the outlet to Fairmont standards.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, placing orders as needed to support smooth service.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to maintain an efficient service flow.
- Maintain a strong guest‑focused approach and ensure the team delivers warm, attentive service throughout the shift.
