**Your Day To Day**
+ Ensures maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention from arrival to departure.
+ Ensures that IHG Rewards Club Members as well as Ambassadors consistently receive all benefits, Club Intercontinental- and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.
+ Gets to know the guest personally (memorise and greet by name) and recognize their preferences in food & beverage and their room preferences (King or Twin Bed, Smoking or Non-smoking, special set ups, etc).
+ Ensures that all guests follow the dress code (no hotel slipper and flip flops) and advise parents about no children policy during Happy Hour.
+ Has thorough knowledge of hotel facilities including the timings, charges, cuisine served in different outlets and offer assistance to place order
+ Liaises with other departments and necessary outside contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
