Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing, service-minded individual to join our team as a Club Associate at Courthouse Club Fitness. As the face of the club experience, our Club Associates are the first and most consistent point of contact for our members. Our Club Associates set the tone for everything we do. From walking a new member through enrollment, patiently and carefully resolving a billing question, and crafting a beautiful espresso or smoothie at our Coffeebar. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every interaction feel personal and seamless.
