Become a vital part of a remote team as a Cloud Support Lead specializing in Citrix and Azure. Leverage your expertise to monitor and support enterprise production systems effectively in a 24x7 environment.
We seek an experienced Cloud Support Lead with over 8 years in Cloud Operations and 2 years with Citrix environments. The role requires hands-on experience in managing complex systems particularly within NOC/Managed Services. You will ensure optimal performance and reliability in critical 24x7 operations, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Citrix Director, Monitor & Azure alerts around the clock
• Manage Cloud Connector and session activities tightly
• Oversee incident management using Wolken ITSM & PagerDuty
• Troubleshoot logon failures, black screens & authentication issues
• Execute SOPs, health reporting, and facilitate shift handovers
