Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to be based in the Network Operations Centre of our client in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in cloud support. IT Qualification is essential. Driver’s License is essential. Matric Qualification is essential. Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft environment (Azure) and cloud Services. Working experience and knowledge with Share Point and One Drive. Working knowledge with MS-Office365, MS-Active Directory, MS-Windows Server, and MS-Exchange Server. Experience with troubleshooting and providing support required in network / data centre / systems / storage & Security administration and monitoring Services within a medium ICT organization. Working knowledge within the supported technical domain (i.e. Network, Data Center, Telephony, Exchange, Storage, Cloud, Backup etc.).
