Job Overview We’re looking for a Cloud Solutions Analyst II to support and enhance our Microsoft cloud environment. In this role, you’ll work across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform to deliver practical solutions, support users, and help drive adoption of modern workplace technologies.

Microsoft 365 Support & Operations

Provide support for M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform)

Troubleshoot issues and, when needed, escalation complex items

Support administration activities (permissions, licensing, configurations)

Create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles

Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience

Solutions & Automation

Build and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, and Lists
