**Cloud Operations Specialist (Cambridge, MA)**
Join our team as a Cloud Operations Specialist, where you’ll manage, maintain, and optimize AWS environments for regulated SaaS products, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency. This role blends hands-on engineering with operational excellence to support our growing cloud Managed Services.
**Your role:**
+ Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda) and maintain test, staging, and production environments to meet uptime, performance, and cost goals.
+ Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, and drive automation to reduce operational risks and improve efficiency.
+ Build and maintain monitoring platforms, dashboards, and alerts for applications, AWS infrastructure, and business transactions, while owning incident response and root-cause analysis.
