Cloud Engineer (Amazon Connect) We are looking for an experienced professional to design, deploy, and manage cloud contact center solutions on Amazon Connect. You will own end-to-end configuration, integration, and administration, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences across multiple channels.
